Perhaps, Delightful?

Welcome the newest offering from Louis Vuitton - the Monogram Delightful. It's slated to be released in June 2010 I was told that LV Guam store already has a stock. I wonder if it will be released to other LV stores within the next few months. It's so beautiful - a combination of Artsy and Neverfull. Its extra supple hobo shape makes it a joy to carry as it molds to your body. And the price is really great - $760 for the PM, $855 for the MM and $1100 for the GM. The PM and MM versions do not have the zippered pockets in front thus, the big price difference. Of course, I want the zipper type as my Neverfull has no zipper at all. Now I am thinking ... And since it's my birthday week, perhaps I can get someting DELIGHTFUL as birthday treat! Hahaha! Let's see.

travel bag

I think 2010 will be the year of travel for the family. We have so many travel plans ahead of us, not only because of our work, but family travel as well. And since we will be travelling a lot this year (both domestic and foreign trips), I can't help but wish to get myself a perfect travel companion. For months now, I've been eyeing these particular Louis Vuitton travel mates:

1. Keepall 50 with Strap : Perfect hand-carry luggage for our trips. Easy and practical use especially if you travel light. The size simply perfect for the overhead luggage bin.

2. Bloomsbury PM : Another fashionable bag for everyday use. Very practical especially if you are travelling and always on the go. Leaves your hands free while shopping or holding a baby. Very true. Hahaha!
Obviously, I love damier print, don't you agree. If ever, these bags will be part of my growing mini damier collection. Anyway, no definite plans to buy yet ... haven't talked to the husband on the budget for my new LV bag. He will be leaving for Hawaii on Sunday evening and I need to decide which one ... fast. :)

LV happy again ...

Yes ...everytime the husband comes home from Hawaii, I am extremely happy with that magical brown box in his hands.

Last year he went home with these...

But for 2009, he brought home LV Damier Neverfull MM as I've requested. So sweet and generous! lol. Actually, we haven't settled if I'll pay him in full. I still owe him the bag (and I don't intend to pay him! sshhh!). The husband still insists this is not my new year present. He got me my LV Vernis bag last Christmas. That's it.

But I am still haggling with the husband. This would be perfect as pre-anniversary gift, don't you think so? Hmmm... already proposed this but got no comment yet from him. Let's see ... do you think I can pull it off? lol.

For the meantime, I need to check online for term life insurance quotes for my Mom. I was told she was offered by our distant relative a life insurance quote from a local insurance provider company. I am quite apprehensive about the policy or benefits offered to her. Need to check if she really got a good deal out of it.

LV happy weeekend

I've been blogging last month my desire to get a black bag here for corporate use. After several shop visits, bag hunting and opinions shared by my fellow bloggers, I've finally decided to get one yesterday.

Though a little bit sad (and surprised!) with the recent global price increase, still decided to get the bag here in Manila. I want to end my bag search... And besides, I really,really want the bag. Can't wait! lol. Thus, I went home LV happy yesterday ... I LVOE it!!

Aside from being LV-happy, one the many reasons to celebrate this great weekend is the arrival of my aunt from New York. She brought with her my balikbayan box filled with loots I bought online. This includes my Strawberry Shortcake party packs, Gap and Old Navy items I bought for my daughter. As always, since she's alone in a foreign land, my aunt invited us to spend white christmas in the US and enjoy Vegas vacations with her. Though hubby and I had been planning this for years, budget for travel is our primary concern before we can say yes to our aunt. Hopefully next year we can prepare travel budget so we can enjoy vegas casino and shopping with her.

Something Purple's blagbertdey

My dear blogger Em of Something Purple celebrated her 4th blagbertdey last Aug 19. And to commemorate the natal day of her blog, a game was introduced to spice up her blog. And of course, I sooo want to join!

I can still remember my first visit to Em's blog...Something purple, a detour. I was a newbie then to blogging. I can even remember my message on her cbox loving the idea of creating a detour blog from her main blog. Really cool! :) Then I saw her post about the new LV purple EPI collection. I so love it! First time I saw the purple collection of LV..and saw it first at her blog. And yes, like Em I am LV-fanatic girl too! Then her next post on purple LV VERNIS bag ... you see, I can always remember almost all her LV posts! Hahaha! One of the main reasons why I love checking out her blog. :)

The Biggest Loser : $1,000 Challenge

Since I sooo want a new bag as a Mother's Day and birthday gift, I've been trying to find ways how I can make hubby agree to give me a new LV ( or Gucci) bag.

Several options provided until I was able to convince hubby to give me my desired birthday cum Mother's Day gift. BUT, there's a challenge attached to it....

Wish list: LV Galliera PM

Just saw the new LV Monogram Canvas LV Galliera PM. Real nice and eye-candy, right?

I know, I know...I promised I won't be buying any designer bags for the next monthssss ... BUT, aargghh... really, really tempting!!

Look at the bag-design, hobo-type with shiny LV plate and adjustable strap. So girly and pretty!! I just wish the Galliera PM looks good in person than the website picture.

But the price, haayy... way beyond my budget!!

Oh well, need to do a quick trip to LV Greenbelt this weekend for a bag fitting ... that is, if the bag is already available here in Manila.
