Since I am a working mom and mostly on-the go, I usually have my breakfast via Mc Donald's drive-thru (Libis) or food delivery. I so love their hotcakes and sausages with lots of maple syrup and butter! Yummy! Then add hash browns on the side and OJ ... perfect breakfast companion for office meetings.

Saturday Checklist.

This tag started ast Monday checklist from Aggie. But, Jane tagged me as her Wednesday checklist. And since I am super busy with work lately (and not with blogging), I am passing this tag to MM, Vina, Em and Chat as SATURDAY CHECKLIST.

So here's my to do list:

* do market list , market day today for the helpers -- DONE!
* list our menu for the week ( Saturday - Friday) -- DONE!
* prepare breakfast for Ico and Sam -- DONE!
* cook lunch for the family
* call our aluminum window supplier, need to open up windows for the family room.
* call my Mom re: her birthday plans next week
* do my bi-monthly grocery.
* bring Kuya Ico home at Mandaluyong. Two weeks sked with his Dad.
* pick up my gown from the boutique. asked them to do minor alterations.
* buy another Kung Fu Panda DVD for Sam. Get new DVD again for hubby.
* look for old baby clothes of Sam for yaya Jenny (her last day today, she will surely be missed!)
* visit my dermatologist for my monthly facial cleaning and acne treatment.
* blog .. blog hop... online shop, do tags and post my weekend kwento.

make up essentials

Thanks Gracie for this tag. I am hoping someone to tag me this ... otherwise, will snag it from Kelly sana. Pathetic ba? Hahaha!

I don't put so much make up. In fact, I don't know how to put make-up! My kikay kit consist of basic essentials only. Actually, just in case my kikay pouch gets lost, ay patay na... I need to buy the entire stuff! Hahaha! Also, I am one boring make up user and absolutely a BRAND loyalist. I just stick to the basics and my hiyang products. I am afraid to experiment and try new products, for fear of getting acne and skin allergies. It would be best to stick with the natural ingredients than look for the best acne treatment for the skin. Saves you lots of money ... and time too!

So what are my type five beauty/make-up essentials.

1. CLINIQUE 3-step skin care.

I started using this more than five years ago. I love this stuff. Hiyang face ko. (parang commercial noh?!) But, I am so "tamad" to strictly follow the regimen. I regularly use the soap (kasi nasa bathroom sink) then when I am in rush ... moisturizer na lang. The set includes moisturizing soap, clarifying lotion and dramatically-different moisturizer.
2. CLINIQUE stay matte sheer pressed powder. Preferred color: stay neutral for my skin complexion.
3. CLINIQUE eye-shadow quad. So love the earth-tone colors. Easy to layer and easy blend.
4. BODY SHOP liquid eye-liner. Easy to use and with it's liquid consistency, easy to create the dramatic look.

5. BODY SHOP Lip and Cheek Stain -- so love this! I think most of the girls use this magic wand wonder. Gives you the "flushed" look anytime! So tweetums! Hahaha!
Actually, I have few non-negotiable essentials such as my Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer, MAC and Clinique lipsticks and Maybelline double lash mascara. But since I was tagged to give five items only ... of course need to follow. lol.

1. I am a confessed shopaholic. I love to shop ... for my family and friends, thrift/tiangge hunting, even grocery shopping. Basta shopping, GO!

2. I love to travel. Given the ultimate financial freedom I might be travelling every two weeks on different continents! Hahaha!

3. I love to cook. But I am a frustrated pastry chef. I am no good in baking.

4. I don't like pets. (dogs, cats etc...) Even if how cutie they are, no way. I don't like smelly pets inside our home.

5. I love party-planning. I even offer my services for FREE! Really pathetic noh?!

6. I am a coffee addict! Cappucino-freak, to be precise. I always ensure I set my client meetings over cup of coffee.

7. I am overweight and not into dieting and I need to start my diet ASAP. I already invested on some weight equipment to enocurage me to lose weight, but I haven't started my work out plan yet. Too lazy!
